Просто в любом месте проекта можно создать *.css файл и сделать там фиктивные переменные. Его даже импортировать никуда не нужно, просто как заглушка будет. Хотя, решение, конечно, мне не особо нравится

Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge.
